FOR FIRST TIME MOM- WHAT TO DO WHEN BIRTH LABOUR PAIN STARTS?

At last, the time has arrive for your baby to come out into this world, a great relief..? Partly yes and no. A relief because after nine months you will now see your baby, you will now be able to hold him in your arms, kiss his beautiful angelic face.. but. partly no because the painful part starts here.

To tell you frankly going through labour pain is such quite unforgettable. However, once you see your baby, it will all be forgotten. Well, my niece is having here labour pains right now as I am writing this article and here's what I told here to do. Hope this will help here.

So how to cope up with pain. As for my personal experience, here's what I did?

First, as soon as I felt something comes out from me like blood stain, I immediately prepare myself by taking a bath. You have to do this because it will take few days before you are able to take a shower. To tell you frankly, I put on perfume and lipstick (hehe, why because I still want
to look good though I'm experiencing pain) But seriously speaking the perfume did quite well during my labor. Since all I think about is pain, the sweet aroma I smelled help a bit.

Second, I make sure that you are wearing comfortable sundress.(of course I hope you already
prepared the things you need to bring at hospital prior to your labor, this is a must!)

Now, during the labour I take a walk around the room, this help me with quite easing the pain.
I also brought with me a small face towel which I will put in my mouth once I start to push my
baby out. This will prevent me from biting my lips.

Believe me now when I say this, the best way to push your baby out is when you feel a contraction in your vagina. You have to a deep breath and push the baby out while holding your breath. Good thing I am in choir and we do holding of our breath during our vocalization practice. Anyway, following this guide will help you not to drain too much energy and for easy delivering of the baby. Holding your breath is especially important when the neck of the baby is out, you have to hold it for a moment so that the baby will not get choke and he will not have long neck.

Once the baby is out, time for you to relax and let the doctor do their thing. In a minute, the
doctor will give you your baby and it will be a wonderful feeling.

Welcome to mom's World!

SUMMER TIME

Summer is the best time for children, right?? I bet you would agree with me if you are a parent. Got so much excitement when we took our vacation at Batangas. my little girl jazmine, had the time of her life .. embracing the waves and inhaled the salty sweet smell of seawater.

Got some picture of her enjoying the beach.
